Chair Yoga
Wellness anywhere, anytime
This gentle, accessible class brings the benefits of yoga to everyone- no need to get down on the floor. Using the support of a chair, we’ll move through seated and standing postures (if available to you) that improve strength, flexibility and balance, while keeping the practice safe and adaptable. Breathwork and mindful movement are woven throughout to decrease tension and encourage relaxation.
Perfect for beginners, those with limited mobility or anyone wanting a supportive practice to stretch out stiffness from long hours at a desk. Leave feeling refreshed, focused and recharged.
Yoga Flow
Move with breath, leave with balance
A mindful class designed to connect movement with breath while building strength, flexibility and balance. We’ll flow through energizing sequences, grounding postures, and intentional pauses to help release stress and restore focus. Options are offered throughout, making the class accessible to all levels.
Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or a newbie, you will feel guided and supported. You’ll leave feeling centered, open, and renewed - strong in body and calm in mind.
Yoga + Pilates
Strength meets mindfulness
This class blends the mindful flow of yoga with the strengthening precision of Pilates. Expect a mix of breath-driven movement, functional strength, and a focus on increasing overall flexibility. We’ll start with grounding breath work and yoga inspired sequences to warm up, flow into Pilates strength and stability work, then finish with restorative stretches and relaxation. You’ll leave feeling strong, centered and refreshed! Suitable for all levels, with options to modify or advance each movement.
A set of 5 pound weights and a Pilates ball are optional, with plenty of options to scale up or down.
